The Scientific Committee plays an important role in supervising research activities by ensuring, on one hand, the scientific soundness of the research projects carried out by the Chair and on the other hand, that these projects are included in the scientific programming and the mandate of the Chair. The scientific committee will be mandated to define, in consultation with the incumbent, the scientific program of the Chair and to evaluate the acceptability and scientific relevance of the research projects.
